Terms of service

MN8 provides a meal-scheduling platform designed to help people on GLP-1 medications hit their daily protein targets, adapt their meals around shot day, and stay on their prescribed treatment plan. The service includes our iOS app, our web platform, and any related features we offer over time.

MN8 is not a medical device. We do not provide medical, nutritional, or healthcare advice. The protein targets, meal recommendations, and shot-day guidance in the app are informational only, based on general clinical guidance, and are not a substitute for the advice of a qualified clinician.

Always work with your prescribing clinician on decisions about your GLP-1 medication, your nutrition plan, and any health concern. Do not start, stop, or change your medication based on anything in the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to use MN8. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. MN8 is intended for people who are currently prescribed a GLP-1 medication or who are working with a clinician on a related plan.

Results vary by individual. Your outcomes depend on many factors including your medication, dosage, adherence, sleep, activity, stress, genetics, and clinical guidance. We do not guarantee weight loss, muscle preservation, or any specific health outcome.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You agree to notify us promptly at support@mn8.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

MN8 is offered on a recurring subscription basis. We currently offer a monthly plan at $19 per month and an annual plan at $199 per year. New subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial; if a trial applies, you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial to avoid being charged. Prices are shown to you before you confirm a purchase and may vary by region and over time.

How you are billed, and how you manage or cancel, depends on where you subscribed:

• If you subscribe on our website, billing is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on each billing date until you cancel. You can manage or cancel from your membership settings on mn8.app.
• If you subscribe in the iOS app, billing is handled by Apple through your Apple Account, in accordance with Apple's terms. You manage, view, or cancel an App Store subscription in Settings on your device, under your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. We cannot cancel or modify an App Store subscription on your behalf.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. For App Store subscriptions, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge, as required by Apple.

You can review your web membership in your membership settings.

Some users may have legacy plans (such as a 3-month commitment plan) with different terms. Those users are governed by the terms of their specific plan until it ends.

Refunds depend on where you purchased your subscription.

• For subscriptions purchased on our website through Stripe: if you are not satisfied with MN8 within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@mn8.app for a full refund of your most recent payment. After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• For subscriptions purchased in the iOS app through Apple: all purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. We are not able to issue refunds for App Store purchases. You can request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

In all cases, cancelling future renewals does not refund prior payments.

You agree not to:

• Misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the service.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service except as permitted by law.
• Use the service to harm others or to violate applicable laws.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.

MN8 offers an affiliate program that lets approved participants earn a commission for referring new paying customers. Participation is optional, subject to approval at our discretion, and governed by these Terms along with any program rules we provide when you join.

Affiliates are independent and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of MN8. You may not speak or act on behalf of MN8, make promises about the service beyond what we publish, or present yourself as MN8. You are responsible for your own taxes on any commissions you earn.

When promoting MN8, affiliates agree to:

• Promote MN8 honestly and accurately, without false, misleading, or exaggerated claims, and without making medical or health-outcome guarantees.
• Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship wherever required, in line with applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules, including FTC guidance.
• Not use spam, deceptive advertising, trademark or brand-name bidding, or any unlawful or unethical promotion.
• Not bid on MN8 brand terms in paid search or impersonate MN8 in ads, domains, or social accounts.
• Comply with all applicable laws and the terms of any platform used to promote MN8.

Commission rates, payout thresholds, cookie windows, and eligibility are set by us and may change. Commissions may be withheld or reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, or violations of these Terms. We may modify, suspend, or end the affiliate program, or remove any affiliate, at any time and at our sole discretion. Our affiliate program is operated using a third-party provider, and referral tracking relies on cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.

MN8 and all related content, features, and software are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal use during your active subscription. You do not receive any other rights.

You can stop using the service at any time and cancel your subscription from your membership settings (for web subscriptions) or from your Apple Account settings (for App Store subscriptions). We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your payments fail, or if we are required to by law. We may also terminate or modify the service for business reasons with reasonable notice.

MN8 is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as for gross negligence or intentional misconduct).

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If we make material changes that affect paying customers, we will give reasonable notice by email or in the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of MN8 after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of MN8 will be brought in the courts of Quebec, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
